Since 1986, Chemtech International Inc. has been an Authorized Distributor of DOLAV Co. Israel, and its affiliated company, DECADE PRODUCTS Co., U.S.A. to market polyethylene, injection-molded plastic containers and Kit-Bins. Chemtech sells these containers in the Automotive, Chemical, Food and Meat processing, Textile, Pharmaceutical and latex Gloves industries in the USA, Canada, Germany, Thailand, Sri Lanka and India.

Chemtech has developed and maintained long-standing relationship with its many domestic and global customers (click to view our Client List or Testimonial Letters ), and has been their "Supplier of Choice" for DOLAV, MACX containers and KitBins. In order to maintain price consistency and continuity, Chemtech's staff provides DOLAV's and Decade's containers, lends technical support services and also regularly visit its global customers' manufacturing sites in the USA, Canada, Germany, Thailand, Sri Lanka and India.

Chemtech staff has excellent working relationship with DOLAV and Decade companies management and technical sales support staff.

DOLAV Dvir-Lahav Plastic Products was established in 1976 and started mass production in 1977. The factory is a partnership formed by two neighboring kibbutz communities (cooperatives), Kibbutz Dvir and Kibbutz Lahav.

Soft Gelatin Capsule Drying Trays

After encapsulation, softgel capsules are soft and sticky due to the high moisture content. While the use of a tumble dryer removes a great deal or moisture, additional drying is needed. MFG Tray Company trays are specifically designed to accommodate the capsules during this period.
The reinforced composite material provides a smooth surface so capsules aren't marked.
This material offers excellent dimensional stability and load carrying capacity without creep, distortion or warp.
Sides or ends, or sides and ends, are dropped so air can circulate over and around the capsules to speed drying in a secure stack.
The plastic material eliminates hot spots caused by metal trays.
A secure grip provides easy lifting with no sharp edges.
