There's no need to worry about incidental spills on your factory floor. Chemtech's Workstations are the easiest to load with low profile design and optional ramp. One piece construction optimizes space for increased durability, safety and efficiency. With amply sump capacity in each Workstation, this secondary containment product is perfect for a dispensing station or work center. Each Workstation is designed for stand alone use or combines with other Workstations for a customized work area. Our rolled-edge design helps resist cracking and warpage.

Need more work space? We've designed a pallet Link-Lock accessory that allows you to link and lock multiple Workstations together in a wide variety to configurations. Sold in pairs, Link-Locks are made of 100% polyethylene so they cannot rust or corrode. Add Link-Locks to combine multiple Workstations for even greater floor-space efficiency.

2-Drum Hardcover and Spillpallet
Small footprint makes the 2-Drum Hardcover and Spillpallet ideal for indoor/outdoor storage of up to two 55-gallon drums. Roll-top design allows it to be used in limite space or next to buildings where swing-open doors would be a problem. Top or Front loadable. Optional ramp attachment allows for easy loading Lockable door!. Used in conjunction with Poly-SpillpalletT 2000 (Product No. 5253-YE).

4-Drum Hardcover and Spillpallet
A sturdy solution to indoor/outdoor storage of up to four 55-gallon drums. Weatherproof! Roll-top design allows it to be used in limite space or next to buildings where swing-open doors would be a problem. Takes up less than 6 square feet of floor space. Allows ample room for drum pumps. Used in conjunction with Poly-Slim-LineT 6000 (Product No. 5400-YE)

Certain chlorinated solvents are considered incompatible with standard polyethylene. However, a gas treatment process known as fluorination alters the surface of molded polyethylene products, making them compatible with these and many other aggressive chemicals. The light blue color indicates that the SpillPallets and grates have been fluorinated.

With 100% polyethylene, it provides excellent chemical resistance. Optional tarp for outdoor storage and drain hole with plug are also available.

You'll be suprised how much new space you'll be able to find around the plant floor when you start storing drums on our In-Line Poly-Spillpallet 3000. Start storing them in-line near the wall, between columns, and in all those spaces you though were unusable—until now. It's just another innovative way to help you manage your hazardous materials. Optional drain hole with pluge and tarp for outdoor storage.

This is the big one, rated at 6,000 lbs. of UDL weight with a 83-gallon sump capacity that meets EPA 40 CFR 264.175. Its square 50" x 50" footprint saves space yet easily holds four 55-gallon drums. The Poly-Spillpallet 6000 includes the same rugged features as the 2000. Optional tarp for outdoor storage and drain hole with plug are also available.
