The The ROPAK™ 4048

Often the best way to improve on the design of an already superior product is to examine it from the customer's point of view - incorporating your observations and evolving application requirements. In other words, making a good product even better means thinking outside the box, something we at LINPAC Materials Handling have done - quite literally - in redesigning our ROPAKT 4048 Reusable Containers for greater material handling efficiency, convenience and cost savings.

Our improved 40" x 48" containers are still made of tough, durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for long-life performance under the harshest conditions. They still provide excellent product protection with load capacities up to 2000 pounds, and collapse to a fraction of their height for compact storage and return shipping.

Now the ROPAK 4048ns offers you more height options (25", 29", 34", 39", 42", 47" and 50") for greater application versatility, as well as easier use with non-sequential folding sidewalls. Drop doors have been designed with an articulating hinge that allows the open door to lay flat against the side of the container for tighter, safer storage. You can also specify doors that open on opposing or adjacent sides of the container.

Depending on the container height, the new ROPAK 4048ns may be stacked up to 6-high (previously 4-high), conserving more floor space. The new containers are also compatible with the original ROPAK 4048 containers in stacking and all applications. Other design enhancements include more labeling and product identification options, solid base, and a replaceable fork strap for economical maintenance and lower cost of container ownership. Custom colors, ventilated base, lids, ID plates and other options and accessories are also available to help you streamline and organize your distribution process.
