Grease Biodegrader Formula is a biosynergistic formulation of naturally occurring and selectively adapted bacteria, which digest and metabolize fats, oils and grease of animal and plant origin. Grease Biodegrader Formula is the product of choice for augmenting restaurant and institutional kitchen waste, dairy processing and bakery discharges, vegetable (plant) and animal oil processors' lagoons. The bacteria in Grease Biodegrader Formula capably degrade protein and starches (and other carbohydrates) in addition to oils and greases. This feature makes the product applicable to a wide variety of food processing applications including grease traps and lines.

These bacteria are capable of growing under aerobic and anaerobic (fermentative) conditions. They respond to organic waste with rapid germination and rates of growth. They are able to adhere to artificial and natural media for rapid establishment of biofilms in biological treatment facilities.

Extracellular enzyme production. These bacteria have the potential for the production of high concentrations of organic catalysts which accelerate the degradation of many types of organic polymers, such as proteins, fats, plant carbohydrates as well as certain other solid materials.
