In gives me great pleasure to take a few minutes out of my hectic day and thanks you for your excellent service and tell you how very much it is appreciated. I know we have a tendency to get wrapped up in our everyday work issues and unfortunately, seem to lose sight of those suppliers who stand out from the rest. PP&L appreciates the excellent service it has received over the past five years. Not only do you provide a quality product, as with Ropak containers, but you go that extra mile to service us, as well as resolve any issues that may arise. Another rare attribute your company possesses, which very few suppliers do in this day and age, is evidenced in your pricing policy. As well all know, prices seem to always be going up. And in your case, with resin prices are going up, you still manage to hold pricing on many of our Ropak containers. It was a pleasure to receive notification from you advising pricing of miscellaneous Ropak containers going down. In my position, this does not happen too often. It's services like these, which place you in a special category high above others with which we deal. As you are aware, as a result of our good ongoing relationship over the years, we entered into a blanket contract with you in 1993 to supply Ropak containers. And because of your outstanding performance, this blanket contract has been extended for another year. PP&L is looking forward to a long-term relationship and your continued good service and reliability in supplying a quality product with Ropak.
